Help Needed W/ Optifine 1.8.1! CMD Error!

I've been looking for a solution to this problem for days now, non-stop, and though I've seen many people get it in the comment sections of tutorial videos, I have seen no fix for this problem.

What will happen is when I follow the standard instillation procedure with this mod, (Opening it with a Java(TM) Platform SE Binary, and then clicking install, yes apparently its that simple). But though this works for others, this is what happens for me: I will open it with Java and a CMD prompt will open and close within a split second, giving ~a sentence of white text before instantly closing. Nothing will happen to my minecraft, nothing will happen in general.

I'm not sure if this is enough information to tell whats happening exactly. I'll be happy to make and then link video to help see whats happening.

I know what the text reads thanks to some video editing I did, it reads:

Error: Could not find or load main class C:\Users\[UserName]\Desktop\Optifine\Optifine_1.8.1_HD_U_C7

Note: I replaced my account name with [UserName] because it contains my actual name.
