i need help figuring out where to get the human mobs mod 4 1.6.4 ,IF it is even updated if not how can i update it myself?

i see and i cant seem to get a link to the page on minecraft forums or anything like that. and i dont trust sites like 9minecraft etc. so i was really just wanting to know if someone would help me to update it

If it wasn't on the official mod post, wherever that is, chances are it isn't updated.
If you wanted to update it yourself, you'd need to know Java. You don't just click a button and update a mod.
