I need a mod that will scroll inventory lines by using alt + mouse wheel.
Scrolling should be available without opening inventory itself (without "E" button pressed).
Mod should work with 1.7 and 1.6 versions of minecraft and with Magic Launcher

I use nodus for faster building. The requested mod is also supposed to be used for building.
First just go in to controls menu and put what u want it to be. 2nd only 2 mods are out for 1.7: xray and tmi
Nodus is out too with most of it's functions. Those functions include key binding and chest stealer (this means methods that work with inventory).
And I did not understand why are you talking about controls menu, since there is no inventory lines scroller in vanilla minecraft...
