Jail Plugin (Bukkit) 1.3.2 Help?

I have a server i'm going to release soon, and I was using the 1.2.5 version of Jail without knowing it was for 1.2.5 (so certain things don't work and I was having problems) . I really would like to use Jail on my server, and I can't find one. It it being developed for 1.3.2? I heard there was something called Ultimate-Jail or something. Is that supposed to replace it?
