So I have wanted to know if someone could make a Leaning mod so we can lean around a wall and shoot a creeper or something. and maybe use changeable controls to lean?

It is possible. They would have to use the same codes the smart moving mood has.
Not necessarily. They could make their own movement library for Minecraft, and create it based off of that.
I'm sure thats possible, but I have no idea how it work
