Looking For Help To Create a Mod

Hey PMC, Im looking for some people to help me create a small mod that just adds some tools to minecraft like Emerald Tools/Lapis Tools And that is all really if anyone could help i would really like that as i cant exactly make mods :/

Been done a thousand times over, And if you want someone to help you, They will end up doing everything. This is something very basic to do and if you can't do it then you don't know how to mod, Which means the person 'Helping' you will do everything. However if you have your mind set on this mod then make it yourself, Learn some Java and learn how to manipulate/use the Minecraft API. Links below for tutorials.
