Looking for mod translatorstranslate
Hello! I am currently looking for translators for Realms of Redemption (https://www.planetminecraft.com/mod/realms-of-redemption) the language file has 1268 entries so it is a lot of work but I'm hoping someone will be interested in at least doing parts of it, if you are then let me know :)
All the stuff which needs translating can be viewed here: https://pastebin.com/cjK08Tm5 (there's too much to copy paste into a thread)
Example of the format: "item.ror.prismite_pickaxe": "Prismite Pickaxe", so the item name in code goes first and then the name as shown in-game.
Since there are a lot of strings here, it is best to translate the more important ones first.
1st priority: Anything with .desc in the string is highest priority since those are bits of text which explain what an item does.
2nd priority: Block, item and entity names (some of these are combinations of english words, for example the "corrundodile" is a corrundum crocodile).
3rd priority: Anything not mentioned.
Low priority: subtitles for sounds, also advancements since many of those are references which may lose meaning if translated without knowing what each one is a reference to. Or feel free to make new references to replace them with, just keep it family friendly.
Lowest priority: Dialogue from the Prismkeeper, Mox and Neonica entities, since these strings are longer than usual and also rarely seen in-game.

Hey! I know this really isn't important, but a conlang such as Esperanto or Toki Pona would be nice.
Also, I would love a joke language like LOLCAT!
Also, I would love a joke language like LOLCAT!

If someone makes one I'll add it lol, hoping I can get a few more more widely used languages first tho

I'm gonna start translation in the Portuguese section! (I'm gonna use PT-BR which is my native language but if you want you can separate into PT-PT and PT-BR)

I could join the team. Add polish please

Sure!

thx

Hello, I wanted to ask you if I can translate your mod into German. I’m from Germany, so I can speak and write German very well. It‘s my native language, so I can translate the entire mod if you want.

That would be great!

Okay 👍 do you also have a GitHub repository for your mod where I can translate the mod into German?

you can log into crowdin with github

I don't have the mod on github at the moment but I do have a crowdin page for the translations, and the contents of the localisation file are in the pastebin link in this thread as well
