i am trying to make a personal modpack for my family i want to stop vanilla tools usage in a tinkercraft modpack and have them rely on just the tinker tools can anyone help

there is a mod called iguanatweaks that by default will stop players from being able to use the vanilla minecraft tools, you will be able to craft them, but wont be able to use them
