Looking for a plugin programmer - Hunger games.

I am not going to waffle on, I am looking for a plugin that is close to the one on these servers for the minecraft survival/hunger games.
usx.mcsg.in - where x = a number between 1 and 25. e.g. us1.mcsg.in

Granted, i have no coding abilities, but this sounds like "MobArena" mixed with "SurvivalGames".
MobArena offers custom classes, and rewards.
Just a thought to whoever decides to code this.

By the way what i'm looking for is:

- Reward system
- Hunger games system with no bugs like in that server...
- Classes so donators get a few items to start with (config file for this)
