Magic mod needed

Hey guys

I suck at modding and want something magical added to minecraft. If someone could make a mod relating to magic it would be greatly appreatiated.

Some ideas:
- magic staff/s
- wands
- spells
- arch nemesis
- randomly spawned magic school
- a evil castle with dark mage
- special items like the sword excaliber
- choice of what magic you use
