Is hard to make a website by youself (i learn some html and javascript some time ago but it is hard) you will need to take some time to learn

EDIT: I found it, and signed up for the website, I suggest not making it at webs.com it makes it very hard to find the website and can make it look cheap and ugly. If you want a really popular, fun site, you should make one yourself.
