Well, I gave it my final go tonight.
I managed to get 283 of your mods loaded and working out of the 300+ that you yourself were trying.
To get that amount going, in multimc, I had to allocate minimum ram 8196mb (8GB), maximum ram 14336mb (14GB). My CPU, an I7, was running at 100% for the first 15 mins, then it dropped to around 25%. It took just over 5mins to start this minecraft modpack.
I have to say, even if you stopped at the 283 mods, unless you have friends with a very high spec computer with loads of ram, then its going to be a lonely world. My suggestion would be to take out mods that duplicate other mods, for example, you have 4 backpack mods with a couple more mods that have backpacks included. Reduce your plant life, you have way too many plants and flowers included and you must have close to 6000 blocks available, and multiple dimension mods.
Yes, it would be nice to have your computer be able to handle all this together, but currently its too much in one pack.

My apologies, I found you are using a mod I've never heard of called : NotEnoughID's. This gets round the 4096 block id limit - nice to know.I've put in all the mods I've managed to download so far, and the pack is still working now, however, I've still a long way to go before completing your pack, and this has taken me most of the night where I am ....... maybe I'll try to complete it tomorrow .....

Well, I tried this evening to put your pack together. I haven't got every single mod you downloaded, however, I must have around 130 of them - and I tried to run the pack. I received this error :
Invalid id 4096 - maximum id range exceeded
This is a major issue. There is no way round this problem. Minecraft only has 4096 block id's avaialble, which means it can only have a maximum of 4096 different types of block in a single modpack. What I've downloaded so far has already exceeded this amount. You will have to reduce the amount of mods you have in your pack that use up a lot of blocks, such as Chisel, Chisel and bits, etc. if you ever want this pack to work. ........... Sorry there's nothing more anyone can do to assist.
EDIT:
Just to let you know, by removing Chisel, Chisel & Bits + Cathederal, I got the instance to run. JEI was showing 180 pages of stuff - which is a lot ! ..... don't forget, this isn't even your full pack, so disabling what I did probably won't solve your problem because you have even more in your pack than I do.
Here is a link to a text file with all the mods I managed to get workin together (Minecraft shows it as 136 mods):
https://www.dropbox.com/s/tcxv64gasb92edn/eb14modlist.txt?dl=1
EDIT2:
I managed to get the pack started by putting Chisel and Chisel & Bits back in, JEI now showing 270 pages!. As soon as I tried putting Cathederal in, crash - with the error posted above.

This looks like you've downloaded a rather large 1.12.2 modpack from somewhere ....... if you have the name of the modpack available, or the link where you downloaded it from, I may be able to assist.

I want to create a modpack private with Twitch

Well, I was hoping there would be a quick way to get all the mods you'd downloaded and put them in a game that I could try and start, which would assist in seeing what the problem was. It looked like a pack that someone might have already made. However, downloading 300+ mods on an individual basis would take a little bit of time, well, probbly a lot of time, so unless you have a suggestion on how to obtain all those mods without individually having to download each one, I'm unable to assist, my apologies.

It's prob causer you have 300+ mods.
If your PC isn't high end you might have trouble running that many.
Because there are so many they are bound to conflict with each other.
Try removing every mod and putting the ones you care about most in.
