Minecraft Forge SRC HELP!

Hi all, so I am trying to download and setup MCF for 1.6.4, using the recommended version, and I keep getting errors when I use the install.sh (I am using Mac). The .sh file runs perfectly, but then gets errors, and then gets a decompile error, and when I go into Eclipse, I cannot open the src folder. Please help!
