Minecraft+ [WIP]mod ideas please read before replying

I need some ideas i want to make a new mod that doesn't have magic or machinery it need to fit with minecraft as it should be there maybe to give it more survival but i need ideas just a little extra to minecraft like it should be there. if i like some ideas i will put in my todo list here with your name saying you suggested it.
About me
for one i am not new to modding at all i use to make custom mods for people and bukkit plugins for servers awhile back . but i moved to making android apps and ios apps for people and eventually making apps for company's now at age 19 but i would like a project to work on so i came to this wonderful community again for suggestions for my new mod.
Reason
I have played alot of modpack's out there and love them but i wanted to be different i don't want magic or machinery. i want it a mod that makes minecraft with features like they actually could be in the game and give it more survival feel. For now this mod is called Minecraft+ [WIP] name suggestions would be considered helpful to.i have implemented ideas of my own and some friends from my old community but they will be released closer to a release date.
Thanks to anyone that contributes and i will try and reply about some ideas and keep everyone up to date
