Is there some one out there that can create a mod pack for both Bedrock and Java. The Mod I'm thing of would give the player control over the day night cycle. They would be able to say set the cycle to 30 minutes, or an hour, etc. I just think the cycle that the game has now is just way to fast.

Lots of people are confused on how to read this.
1-12 around the edge are the hours, same as on a normal clock.
13-24 are the second half of the day. Minecraft uses a 24 hour clock.
0-11000 are are the game time units for the first half.
12000-24000 are the https://100001.onl/ game time units for the second half. Technically, there is no 24000. After 23999, it rolls over to 0.
A full game day is 20 real-time minutes. That works out to one game hour being 50 real seconds and 20 game time units to 1 real second.
One tick in game is two time units.

If you want to create a mod, there is always MCreator. You can code by yourself but it is pretty hard.
