Whats the mod where u shift and mine and it will break the whole vain but still damage ur pick and use ur food

I tried google i heard of this mod through youtube but it would also prettymuch anyblock in a certain area besides stone it would chop wood if u have an axe and stuff i thought it was bane minner but i looked it up and couldnt find it
I know there's a mod for mining trees called TreeCapitator... Otherwise, I'm sure if you searched it up on youtube they'd be someone doing a showcase, and if so, the link will probably be in the description
