Depends on the gaming style, apocalypse? Either “Apocalypse Now” or “Fungal infection: Spore”. If you want to build a lot just look for anything with “Decor” in the bar or the create mod. (A good mod pack is “Ciscos fantasy medieval RPG: Dragonfyre)
