I'm looking for someone to do a low-cpu costing mod that allows me to use my scroll wheel as you would in any other normal MMO type game while in 3rd person mode (f5)
Basically what I want is the ability to zoom out farther (it would be used for recording and whatnot)

i don't have any modding experience but i can tell that it will be unlikely for you to get one that doesn't use alot of cpu. but good luck to you, i would like to see such a mod, i think it would be very useful
