Mod Request

Hello, I have no idea how to create a mod, and I was thinking of a body waste mod, so your player can sweat and has a bladder, I was thinking that you would also need to drink water every now and then to survive. So when you eat, later on you will have to go to the bathroom. I was also thinking about adding a toilet, new effects such as Constipation, Kidney Stones, and more things that can happen when you dont go to the bathroom. I was also thinking that you build up sweat when wandering around in the desert and your thirst goes down when your in the desert aswell, you could also stop your thirst from going down in the desert by sitting in some shade or just by jumping into some nice, cold, water. Sweat will give your player another new effect, Heat. Heat will dramaticly reduce the players thirst meter. I hope this wont be to difficult to make because I did ask for alot of stuff. Ill include the crafting recipe below.
