Mod Request: Auto Prefix client side chat mod

Can anybody make or find a mod (not tabbychat, tabbychat doesnt work on the GENERAL channel) that allows me to autotype a phrase into chat when I hit the chat button so every time I chat lets say it ads &a to the beginning? maybe a suffix as well if possible.

Make a Auto-hotkey. For example you could code it when you press the letter 'H' on your keyboard it automatically types it in. I don't know how to do it but my old friend did it but there is plenty of tutorials for auto-hotkey on YouTube and the internet!
