MOD REQUEST - Elemental Sheep Mod (ESM)
Hello guys, just thought of a cool new mod...
Unfortunately i don't know how to code and i'd like to have some help or just to have this mod.
What should it do? It should make dyed sheep more special. A special effect par colour.
I'd like to be able to tame them (maybe by right clicking on them with a superwool (made by putting in a crafting grid a green, red and blue wool, it should be completely white with a few pixels of very light green, red and blue), so they can help you in your adventure:
White: scares hostile mobs in a radius of 7 blocks
light gray: it provides a light of the power of 7
gray:attacks with 50% more damage than normal and it's 20% faster on stone
black: 200% faster at light level 4 or less and can't attack above light level 7, but he deals 200% more damage at light level 0
red: It's immune to fire and can attack enemies with blaze fireballs
orange: it's immune to fire and leaves a trail of fire if on netherrack (1 out of 7 (air) will be fire)
yellow: scares all monsters in a 20 blocks radius, but it's 20% slower than normal
light green: His speed on grass is 50% more than normal and it's between attacks time is less than normal
green: it can go through leaves as the player does underwater, it's speed on log or leaves is 40% more than normal
pink: it heals the player in a radius of 2 blocks as of regeneration1
violet: it heals any mob (including player) in a radius of 10 blocks as of regeneration3
blue: it'll be able to walk on water and be 20% faster on it (but it still can go underwater)
light blue: not affected by water current and falling damage, jumps 2 blocks high
Any sheep will be able to attack any mob at a normal harming of 4 hearts (not including special effects and critical hits). They'll attack or will be able to sit only if tamed. If they can't eat a grass block a day they'll be hit 2 hearts every midnight. If tamed, they'll have 12 hearts instead of 8, and you can heal them half a heart a wheat. If sheared they'll lose their ability until they regenerate wool.
Do you accept the challange? If yes can you tell me?

I'm happy to make a mod out of this idea as long I can upload this Mod to my account (I'll give you credit for the Idea).
Cool Idea.
It do is cool, but it seems that noone wants to develop it...
will you?
will you?
If any of you know a good modder that can make this mod plz, tell him and me
would but i dont know how to code xD
anyone?
Also ( I don't mean to sound like a grammer bully, just trying to make your post look more professional) by 'drawining' I think you mean 'drowning'.
More on topic: Dark Blue sheep may be hard to keep as sheep of all colours are programmed to stick around grass and try and keep out of water. You would have to re-write the entire behavial code for sheep as they are naturally land animals.

The new AI for tamed sheep will be like if you have a wheat in your hand, they'll go and kill monsters in a 10 blocks radius and they won't move if you make them sit. I realized that there is no dark blue dye. And yes, that was misspelled drowning
Try correcting your post by making all 'dies' into 'dyes'. It seems more profensional and it might attract modders, it can also cause confusion.
Definitely agree here. It's a good idea, but there are quite a few spelling errors. I'm not afraid to sound like a grammar nazi though, because that's what I do when I need to.
Ex. Instead of "can attack enemeyes", it should be "can attack enemies".
Fix those errors, and you'll get a little more respect and attention.

sounds cool: you enchant a die when you're at lvl 5 for a lvl 1 die, lvl 15 for a lvl 2 one and lvl 30 the the ultra master lvl 3 one. The one i listed above should be like lvl 2,
Now can someone start to make it?
.. A die? Meaning, one of those dotted white cubes you roll?
I'd find such a challenge interesting. Unfortunately, I'm quite a noob when it comes to any sort of programming.
Woops, a dye, not die, lol.
Cool idea

Probably that's too overpowered, what about if they can use their powers only if tamed, and to make the super wool you need the wither star too?
Mm. The Wither star idea seems a bit .. well, unimaginative.
Take the hardest to find material, as a simple way to even things out.
Why not a new enchantment? It won't be too rare, but it won't be common either. You can't get the enchant on a tool or weapon. They'll only show on books.

Sounds cool! I could do it, but I would have to make the SuperSheep a WHOLE NEW BREED, they can't be sheared, and they can't be tamed.
(I'm a sucky modder.)

it can be ok if you can tame them, but when tamed not sheared, you can co-op with another modder able to fix this, thank you for support
This is an amusing idea, though you may not want to give the common white sheep such a power. It'd make building defense too easy.
Also, it could be better if special dyes are needed to empower sheep. As it stands, pretty much every dye but Lapis is super easy to obtain.
