Mod Request - Hide Names

Hello,
I am looking for a mod to hide players names in bukkit, or at least reduce the visibility to 10 blocks along with hiding names completely when underground. This mod would be very beneficial to any PVP server. I have been looking for a mod like this, but everytime I find something similar, it's out-of-date.

First off, mod is short for Modification. Bukkit does not create mods / use mods on servers. It uses plugins, which are things which modify the game.
Second, I am glad you found a plugin which suits your needs. I know it might not be updated, but thank you for at least trying!
EDIT: The HideNames plugin requires spout. Your idea is possible, but in order to see skins you must need a mod called Spout. Bukkit can change the name, but not update the skin.
