Is there a mod that adds NPC's that build houses, kill monsters and mine stuff? If so could someone please direct me to one but if this isn't already made it should be so if there is any modders out there, here is an awesome idea for you. Thanks!

The clay soldiers mod does this, sort of.
The closest you are gonna get to this is the millionaire mod.
It adds villages a bit like normal, but the new villagers are a lot more advanced and can build, mine if you can call it that, trade (with real coins :O) and attack you. As for attacking mobs, I'm not too sure.
Basically it is a more of an rpg type mod, so if you wanting something else let me know.

There's a mod out there called MineColony, I don't know if it's still being developed though. Other than that, Millenaire is still your best bet. Read through some of the tutorials on it, you'll find it has all you want - NPCs fight, trade, fight each other, mine, ect. And to fix lag, install OptiFine, and kill off some villages! Or just plain don't explore a TON, you will find enough to cause lag.

Yes, I have tryed that mod before but it was laggy and not exactly what i was looking for
