I'm playing the LOST ERA modpack and quite enjoy it. I'm not new to MC Java, but I am still learning things - the creators of this mod have not followed all of the updates to the main game since about version 1.7.x but it is still fun IMO, single player or multiplayer. The Lost Era on Modrinth is where I stumbled on it.
