I love this mod called Ice and Fire, and there is an addon mod called Spartan and Fire, but that is only available for 1.12, could someone please update this mod for 1.16 or tell me how to do that?

The mod creator for this has been active at least until the 11th Feb., so there is a good chance he / she will be on again soon. Your only chance would be to pm the mod developer and see if he is working on any updates and hope he replies.

Of course, this would mean learning java and then minecraft MCP programming to be able to update it. There is a strong chance that the mod developer is no longer working on the project since there have been no updates on the repository for nearly a year now. The changes in minecraft from 1.12.x to 1.13.x and higher, were quite significant and for most mods, it meant a complete re-write from scratch to get it to work again. The work involved put many mod dev.s off from continuing their work.
