Modder Needed for a small modding project

Hi and good day, for today is a good day.
I have been texturing minecraft for quite some time now and now I want to add some of those textures into a mod. My mod idea is simple, I will list off aspects of the mod.
- 1 new dimension called the Murky Woods
- 20 new mushroom types
- 4 new stews
-3 new mob (Mush men and 2 new slimes)
- 5 new blocks.
Simple aint it?
The dimension is one big forest that is always in the night, unlike the overworld where day comes after, the murky woods is eternally in the dark.
Mushrooms are everywhere, some glow, some harm you when you touch them, many are edible.
New decorative stones and grass make up the murky woods
-Slime Grass
-Green Stone
-Black Stone
-Mithril
-Dark Topaz
seems simple and the textures are already prepared, just need someone to mod them in.

Only massive hard part is the dimention and maybe the mobs...
But mostly the hard part is the dimention and the mushromms that hurt whenn you touch them

Not really simple XD well atleast not for me, but I might be able to add a few things! Like the blocks and stews
