Modpack Help

Hey so im creating a sci-fi startrek type modpack. i have everything including phasers and large turets and weapons for the ships. however i can not find a mod that can create custom ships such as archimedes ships plus; however, i also need it to be like metaworlds to where while the "pilot" fly's, you can have crew mates firing weapons and fixing the ship and such. so i either need help somewhat combing the 2 mods or i need a mod the does that.
