You do not have TConstruct API or Micdoodlecore for Tinkerer's Construct and Galacticraft. Also, if you're using MrCrayfish's furniture mod, I have had problems with that and the Chisel mod.
Can't tell from the picture but there's an incompatibility. Try removing optifine and if that doesn't work install them onto real minecraft one at a time (with core jars in first) and when it crashes take out the mod you put in before and try to play with out it.
