MODS HELP!

Ok so I've got forge and stuff, ran it it was fine. Then i moved the mods i downloaded into the 'mod' file. I close it, and then open up my minecraft launcher. I go onto the forge profile, and click play. Launcher closes and i wait. Nothing happens. The game wont open up. I wait and wait and wait nothing happens. So i oppen another minecraft to see and it works fine. Please help me!
