Mods not loading

The mods I have in forge are Betterpvp, custom npcs, mo'creatures, extra utilities, hardcoreEnderExpansion, portal gun, twilight forest, and world edit. The mods that are working are betterpvp, custom npcs, mo' creatures, and world edit. The other mods won't even register in the mods list in game. Does anyone know what's going on and if I'm making some simple yet stupid mistake? (probably)
