I need a coder who can make plugin(s) for my server.
I need a plugin that allows premium players to join, but whitelist cracked players.
And yes, the cracked players need /login [password] to login

Lets get this straight. If the server is online mode, minecraft doesn't store anything of the cracked users. They just verify if there premium and if there not they just kick them.
I'm not sure if the server has any way of checking for a cracked/non-cracked person. When you set the server to "offline-mode" it basically shuts down connection to the Minecraft username servers. MAYBE you could make the plugin contact the Minecraft username server but IDK. Anyways, I can't code
If it's a cracked server. You'll want to have ALL users to have a password to login. If you don't, any cracked user can come in as a premium user, transfer everything over to their account, and the owner of that account has lost it all. So better off. Use an authentication plugin for all users, or make a premium server.

Not possible the closest you can get is xauth.
so its now premium (online-mode=true) so you don't need a plugin anymore?

cant really code, but i uses xauth for my private server, just click the link on teozfrank's post.

I honestly don't think that's possible. When you have the server offline (cracked), it doesn't force people to connect to Minecraft - And without that connection, there's no way to tell who is Premium, and who isn't, because anyone can use any name they want to.
I'm not a programmer/coder but I'm pretty sure there's already plugins that do that and you can change the setting to allow cracked players to join in the server settings.
