Need Faction Plugin Help

TNT currently won't destroy inside other territories, so people can't TNT cannon so i need that fix | People can set home in other faction territories, i need that to be so they can't, | someone on my server said Allies can break and build in ally territories , don't want that | i need people to be able to open furances in other faction territories |
What is it that you are looking forward into changing?
