Hey guys i was making a texture pack but then I was thinking about modding. I dont know how to mod and I looked all over youtube and coulndt find one that indepth.

Do you know any Java to being with? You can't just jump into modding and expect to know what you are doing? Adding a new item into the game may be easy for an experience dev, but it's not as easy as you may think it is for a newbie, plus, coping code off a youtube video isn't right...
