Need help tracking down models for modding.

So, I'm in the early stages of making a mod for Java that overhauls the looks of bees and adds some other bee related features, and having came from Xbox to PC originally, then switching from Bedrock to Java, i know very little about where any files are actually stored for the game. There is a texture pack in Bedrock that changes bees from a single cube to multiple for a more realistic look, the specific texture pack is Modern Textures HD, but I cant seem to find the texture pack files anywhere after having bought the pack from the store. If anyone could help me either track the location down of the bee model, or tell me where I can find a similar bee model (because I'm having difficulty finding that online too) I'd greatly appreciate it.
