Need help with CMD error while installing Optifine!

While trying to install Optifine ver. 1.8.1 my Java fails to even open the installer, and instead shows a CMD prompt for a split second. The CMD prompt contains an Error log that reads:
Error: Could not find or load main class C:\Users\[UserName]\Desktop\Optifine\Optifine_1.8.1_HD_U_C7.jar
NOTE:
- I replaced my windows account name with "[UserName]" because it contains my name.
-I have my optifine in a folder on my desktop named "Optifine"
Any input on the error or how to fix it would be greatly appreciated!
