Need Help With Loading Textures

Im making my 2nd Mod Just Practicing my 1st one was on 1.6.4 Very Easy to Mod on
Im making on for 1.7.10 :p. and im having trouble loading the texture and item name. Hmu Plz

The way they create mods now are totally different to the ways in 1.6.4. It's actually a lot simpler then your regular LAnguageRegistry..etc. I suggest looking at https://www.youtube.com/user/ShaqarudenGames. He's helped me a lot with mods.
