OP, what kind of addon is it? Does it come as an MCPack file, or as a JavaScript (.js) file? If it's an MCPack, just run it and Minecraft will import it. If it's JavaScript, you'll need to use BlockLauncher, which is only available for Android.

I don't really know, I can send you the link(s) to the website(s) on where you can download it and you could see for yourself.

I'm sure there are videos on YouTube about it?
