Need mod idea

Hey I am wanting to make a mod and was hoping someone could give me some ideas for the mod

The mod must be

-Redpower/IC2/EE2/Buildcraft compatible
-Maybe an add on for one of the above
-something that adds more of an industrial feel to minecraft

Any help with making it would also be appreciated
