I Need A Plugin Made

basically this plugin will make it so you can rename command blocks and type 'say' this is what happens in vanilla minecraft so you can rename the item to &6[&bBroadcaster&6] so in the command block you can write 'say Hello' so in the chat it would say '[Broadcaster] Hello' please PM me for more info
