Ok Its a fairly easy plugin made
its almost like trails but different '
1.I want it do be a fairy plugin
2.I want for only the shiny particles not bold ones like the hearts,music,water,lava,enchantment,splash and anger so things that falls above there head
3.i want the particle to be in a strick ball meaning not flowing every where like radius to be like .1 meaning it doesnt spread
4.i want it about maby a block or 2 above there head and about 1 block back for its like fallowing them
5.If Want Have Buffs For Them[Optional]
6.Gui [Optional]
7.if possible the fairy stays on regardless when login on it starts up for no command needed
8./fairy name [particle] to turn that one on for the player no, perms for players only op/console
