Hi guys my name is Richard. I am the owner of a minigame minecraft server and a youtuber, I've owned the server almost 5 months and it was originally a survival server but i decided the survival server needed something else so I recreated the world and started from scratch, I have been building with some mates for 3 days now, but I need a programmer/ some programmers to create a plugin.
I am only recruiting a few people and you may need to work with others.
REQUIREMENTS!
1. Must have skype.
2. Must have made plugins/mods before .
3. Must understand mini-game plugins.
4. Must be quite quick at coding.
If you have knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 it would be awesome may need you for some website programming aswell.

You can't expect to get a programmer who will do this for free, do it really fast, and have the time.

Well If you could make a website for my server that would be awesome but do you have skype
I am not sharing my Skype username. And also, I cannot host the domain, but I can program the HTML on the site. You must buy a domain yourself.
Guys I am not looking to get it made free but what I would offer as payment is a rank on my server that would usually have to be bought and the post was to see who was interested which is why I didn't mention payment
Programmers usually don't care about ranks, It really isn't a motive. I personally make plugins, but not for others, and only for my servers.
Agreed. I've made tons of paid plugins for other servers, but doing it for free is a waste of time for me.
Most of these plugins they ask for are small, can't exactly moan about money
