I NEED A RANKUP PLUGIN

Hello,
So i am starting a prison server out and i'm having a ton of trouble finding a rankup plugin that will fit my needs. I am looking for a plugin that will make it so every time someone types /rankup, it ranks them up to the next desired rank made in group manager. I love the way PrisonRankup is setup, although, when people type /rankup, it just takes their money and says they ranked up, when nothing really happened. They didnt gain any permissions or anything. Anyway, i hope there are some coders out there or someone who knows of working plugin that fits my needs. Again, i would love for the config setup to be much like PrisonRankup
