I need some one to help and create a modpack launcher that downloads and launches Minecraft with the provided mods.

I think you could use Magic Launcher, and put the modpack.jar in to the Setup.
If you don't understand,google it

The Magic launcher is alright but i am trying to create a launcher that does the required things like a FTB or The Voids wrath one does. Where it installs mods creates a .voidswrath/ or .minecraft folder with the mods and then launches the game running the mods.
You're not allowed to upload modpacks to PMC.
Well, that was unexpected.
So, even if I link all their mods in the post, and make sure that I got all their permissions, I still can't upload it?
Nope, remixed content is not allowed.
You could post it on MinecraftForum, but not here. (You'd still need permissions)
Thanks for clearing that up!

wade654sed11wade654I know, this isn't my first time dealing with modpacks, skillet4eva. Though I understand why you need to tell me this (so I won't do it again), I would advise you to see my WIP Blog on the Modpack at here: http://www.planetminecraft.com/blog/mod ... ation-pack
Sorry for the confusion,

I know all the rules and the knowledge of being able to create a launcher with a modpack installer its just i need help making it so it launches your minecraft while installing them for you like The Voids Wrath launcher. I know permissions are the most hard to get from some mod makers cause they dont want to deal with making it work with some mods.
Thanks! I might release a pre-release for anyone who diamonds/donates (mostly diamonds atm, paypal isn't being too friendly). This is all after I get everyone's permissions. I'm also open to mod suggestions, because, atm, its just me and my school laptop, as my PC's in the shop (meaning: The development isn't going to fast.) I'm also going to need someone who knows how to update mods to the current MC version (AKA: A coder, which might be myself if I ever get around to it).
Happy crafting,

I mentioned it as I had to make a report on someone who I believed hadn't gotten the permissions for the mods used for his/her modpack (and no proof of permissions) and I saw this forum post so yeah... Yes I did see your blog, it's good that you're getting the permissions, perhaps one day I may try out your modpack when you fully release it.

The essentials is making a modpack, one of the most important thing is PERMISSIONS. If you are not getting permissions from the modders to put the mods into a modpack you are violating their rules. I have essentially seen every mod I use they say that people cannot put their mods into a modpack without their permission.
Read the rules or ask a moderator here if you are planning on making a modpack because people like myself will report you if you are in violation of the rules.

If you ever figure this out, please PM me. I'm developing my own Modpack aswell, and it would behoove me if I knew where to start.
Please respond once you figure it out!

You need the permissions from the modders themselves because if it is a public modpack you need their permissions and proof of permissions from the mod makers. Also in general you need to have modders permissions anyway...
The ftb requires you to apply for your modpack to be put as a private and I want a launcher that basicly does what ftb does but for a modpack that I have chosen
Exaclty what I said about the techniclauncher. a quote from the 'create a modpack section of the Technicplatform:
Click to reveal
Once you create your modpack you will be taken to its main page where you will be able to continue to edit your modpack details, including the location of your custom zip and a more detailed pack description. You will also be able to upload a logo and image for your pack that will show up in the launcher when the pack is added.
If you set your pack to hidden it will not show up in any of the main modpack lists. You will still be able to find your modpack in your personal modpack list.
The Technic Platform does not host any files. Make sure you have a stable place to host your custom zip before added it to the system.
You can have up to 3 modpacks per account in the system at any one time.

Get the techniclauncher, create an account, and create your own modpack. or, if you prefer, use the FTB launcher, though that is a bit more difficult.
