Needing Plugin Developer(s)

Hey guys, i'm calling all plugin developers.
I need a custom plugin for my server that I am creating.
If you can do the job you will be promoted to admin on my server. (Once it is done)
I know that this server will be extremely popular. So that is why I am coming to you for help! I suck at programming plugins. If you would like to do what I have in mind (It's not going to be extremely hard, intermediate if anything) Than you can reply in the comments or contact me on skype.

Note: I might need a few plugin dev's so if you are a willing person you will probably be hired! Unless something comes up, or we run out of slots and we are getting too many.
Server idea: Mini game servers attract most of the players and are the the most fun, but If I could get this plugin it could mix things up to increase the amount of fun by 200%

Please post what the plugin will be about also as sad before it it not a simple plugin it will be very hard to find a plugin developer to help.
I am learning java and from my knowledge I can say that you are asking for a huge plugin and why dnt you search for a already made?
The only way that you can get a plugin developer is by using money. why? because plugins take time to create and you need to update them everytime bukkit has an update. Most plugin developers price is around 10$, but for a good one would be 20+
Sorry to burst your ego but developing a plugin takes time and hard work. And from what you've said, this sounds like a pretty complex plugin. Very, and I mean VERY few plugin developers that are actually capable of accomplishing this task will be willing to code a plugin for free just to get a rank on your server. Just letting you know
