A new idea... [ZKMC]

Hello fellow members of the ever popular PMC Forum!

For those who know me; I'd first like to deeply apologize regarding the Mod List as I ran in to a lot of trouble in my life and I ended up without the internet for quite some time. Unfortunately, the mods that were mentioned and 'accepted' into the Mod List will not be completed and I'm not running the Mod List until further notice.

Anyway, back to what this post is about.
I've recently been creating a new platform for people to use on their servers and clients or just for general use. This platform was originally a mod installation platform but as there are so many of those around, I decided to remove the function and set that part of the project as 'until further notice' (which means it shall probably be removed.)

This new platform, at the moment, will bring something to the Minecraft community which has not yet been created (as far as I'm aware) or, perhaps, even thought of.
Whilst I was AFK, I worked in a bank and it got me thinking: So many people want VIP and extras on their favorite servers but don't have any way of getting it. Many people don't have a PayPal account so they find it increasingly hard to buy such privileges from servers.

This is where my new platform, or rather gateway, shall come into play. The platform was originally called Zombiekillah's Mod Centre (yes, I use 'centre' because I'm British and proud) however, since I decided to change the entirely of the program it is now called: Zombekillah's MC Wallet. Or, shortened to ZKMC.

As you can tell by the name, this new program will be dealing with money. Your first thoughts probably are 'WHAT ABOUT SECURITY?!', well I can tell you now that I've taken a very serious security approach to creating this platform. Every single bit of data that is sent to my servers are encrypted (using MD5). The program itself has multiple 'confusions' which prevents people from trying to take a sneaky peak at the code and even if they could, the vast majority of the code is hidden away on remote servers. These remote servers help keep your processing power to a minimum whilst ensuring maximum security,

We will NEVER take your private credit card/debit card details.

To add money to your wallet, you can use PayPal. You don't even need a PayPal account to use their gateway, all you need is your cards. There are also Gift Codes/Cards that will be coming into play within the next few months which will allow people to gift money to their friends and family.

You may be wondering, why?

Well, this platform comes with an API for developers (unfortunately, it's not currently public as it's still undergoing security tests) which will allow them to create and utilize this wallet within their plugins. This means that you'll be able to send money from your wallet WITHIN MINECRAFT ITSELF! You'll be able to pay for those privallages that you've always wanted and get those items that you so desperately need to finish off your full scale replica of the Empire State building.

Parents and guardians will be notified of all transactions and you will even receive emails when your account is used. If somebody gains access to your account and sends your money to their own account, all you have to do is alert me and as soon as I process your problem, the money shall be returned and the other user banned. (You'll have to supply valid evidence.)

You may be wondering: "That's great, but why are you putting this on the forums?".
My answer to that is simply because I need YOUR opinion.
Is this something that you want?
Is there a feature that you want included?
Do you have any questions?
Would you use it?

I hope you're able to answer the above questions in a reply.

Thanks for reading all of this. If you have any questions, just ask!

Many people don't have a PayPal account so they find it increasingly hard to buy such privileges from servers.

And many people who do have Paypal don't use it because they're worried about security, even within Paypal itself (I only use my Paypal on things that are going straight through Paypal and not a middle man like ZKMC) Plus, Why should I use this when I can use Paypal?

I was also thinking about solely using PayPal for the in-game purchases.

bmanrulesSounds good, but I can't see many people using it (even with MD5 encryption) for security reasons.

Again, no matter how secure you say it is, I can't see many people trusting it. I certainly wouldn't give my credit card to someone unless they had a trusted link with my Bank, like Paypal does.

Good concept, but I can't see it working well unless you can prove the security.

Security was my primary concern. Trust is something that we'd have to earn if this project was to go ahead. Perhaps, the guarantee that if their money will be returned if anything happens? I'm unsure how to go about this for now.
