A new modpack

Can someone make a mod pack called the Surfboy pack it would be nice and here are the mods I want in the pack:

-tinkers tools
-thaumcraft
-too many items
-a minimap mod of some sort
-buildcraft
-IC2
-bibliocraft
-plenty o' biomes
-nether X
-sync mod
-galacticraft
-minecolonies
-portal guns mod
-that mod with the iron and diamond chests
-twilight forest mod
-more mods for the list soon
