1.8 Optifine?

i think you cant do this cuz it is still getting made though

Sorry but Optfine uses much more resources to run than Minecraft without, this is mainly since 1.7.2 was released.

If you use optfine your performance will be MUCH less than normal.
Also pressing F3 to check your FPS is fake because the GUI to actually show you the FPS takes a lot of resources too....

where you obtaining this information?
There is actually a major improvement with optifine.
without it i end up getting 2-3 FPS
with it i get 30-60FPS
and that is with versions 1.7.2-1.7.10

also im waiting for 1.8 optifine to be released since im back down to 2-3 FPS without Optifine.

Optifine probably won't be out for 1.8 for a while because 1.8 changed so much internal code that it's almost like Mojang re-coded Minecraft. MCP might come soon but Optifine needs to be recoded for the new rendering engine.
