PLUG-IN DEVELOPER NEEDED

Hi i have sketched and planned out a plug-in for bukkit.org and dev.bukkit.org. But i am having some technical issues coding the plug in if any one has an advance level of coding please leave a comment or pm me. You need to be very good because the plug in is pretty satisfied. The plug-in it an atm plug in (to do with economy) It is very hard i will give all details if you decide to help.
