I am in need of a custom plugin!

Plugin:
Name: Egg War
What To Do?: I would like to have this plugin do multiple things. Like Commands such as; HelpEgg, Join Egg, Leave Egg ETC
What Is The Plugin About?: I would like this plugin to be based off of paintball but uses eggs that deal damage (Preferably 1 1/2 Hearts) each time a player is hit, this egg will have a custom name (WarEgg), I would like to have the game be able to have votes for a map, such as a command /EggVote 1-5. I would also like to have multiple classes. Also, a golden nugget called (WarBomb) which will cause an explosion like tnt. But, it does not break any blocks. Lastly, a enderpearl that does not allow regular players to use it only donators +, this pearl will not be like any other enderpearl, it will have a teleportation effect that gives off slowness for 4 seconds (If possible).

Beginner - WarEgg x64 Armour - Leather Full Armour (Non Removable)
Moderate - WarEgg x64 WarBomb x12 Armour - Blue Leather Armour (Non Removeable)
Donator - WarEgg x100 WarBomb x 32 Armour - Black Leather Armour (Non Removeable)
Donator+ - WarEgg x128 WarBomb x32 WarpPearl x12 Armour - Red Leather Armour (Non Removable)
Staff - WarEgg x128 WarBomb x32 WarpPearl x32 Armour - Iron Armour (Non Removable)
Commands:
EggPacks - Contains The Websites Name, And Links To The Donation Packs.
EggHelp - Tells About How To Use The Plugin, And The Game Stuffs
EggVote - Votes For A Map
EggShop - A Shop Containing > WarBomb $50 Ea > WarpPearl $500 Ea > Regen Pot $700 Ea
EggInfo - Tells About The Plugin, Coder Name.
EggDonate - Donate To The Plugin Creator To Help Out With Which They Do Best, Coding.

You should post on bukkit.org/forum in plugin requests more plugin codders are on that.
