Plugin Dev needed!

Hello, I really want a plugin that is like the mcstrike plugin. I tried a call of duty plugin and it wont let me join lobby. And overall mcstrike is 100% better. So if someone can PLEASE! Help me and get this plugin I will give you stuff worth your money on my server. Possibly buy you a rank of your choice on a server.
